During the exercise the team sits in circle. Ask the team
the following questions:
1. If you were an animal which animal would you be and
why?

Point to the first person who tells the group. If I were an

animal I would be a dog. I am reliable and always do my
work on time.
In the next round each participant will hear from the
other participants which animal they think he would
be.

2. I think you're a tiger....) Go on like this until everyone

has choses an animal that this person would be. After
everyone has told his choice the group does the same for
the next person just as long until everyone told each
person which animal they think he would be.
