and rivers. From fish and shellfish to seaweed
and algae, there's a wide variety of delicious and
nutritious options to explore.

Brief Introduction
 1.Shellfish – Shellfish may be crustaceans
and mollusks. Most shellfish are lean and
contain little fat.
