INTRODUCTION:

 This project is designed to create a customizable perfumes for peoples having problems like allergies, unsuitable
body type resulting side effects by perfumes.
 The people which are not getting a perfect or expected fragrance from regular perfumes can also use our portal to
get there desired fragrance.
 This portal will contain number of categories under which number of combinations and ingredients will be present
for customizations of perfume.
 So the customer will get the privilege to choose there ingredients they want and they can design there own
fragrance.

EXISTING SYSTEM:

 The Customer can select some ingredients and design the customized perfume according to their requirement.
 The portal itself is the manufacturer, Distributor, Delivery service.
 The portal has 2 types of account one is for customer and another is for admin.
 This System provides customization on the basis of single category of chemical perfumes.

DRAWBACKS OF EXISTING SYSTEM:

 Only Customers can register to the portal and has less customizations for perfumes
 They were not fully able to take concerns about the customer regards.
 Other Vendors were not participated for the customization process.
 Those customizations were bit overpriced.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:

 Vendors can join our platform and can get customers without working advertisements and publicity of their
products.
 Full fledged customizations are possible by selection of ingredients and direct message to the vendor with the
order for additional and minor customizations.
 A chat box is also available to connect the customer to vendor for more specific requirements.
 Existing Customers can leave Feedback for New Customers.
 Admin Account manages the portal.
 Various categories are available For Customizations.

ADVANTAGES:

 Customize the perfumes according to you in an efficient way.


 New vendors can join and can get orders of customers through our platform.
 Chat-box is provided to Customers and Venders for communication through this platform.
 The Vendor has a privilege to confirm the customer order if the vendor is not comfortable with the requirements of
Customer then the Vendor will not confirm that specific order.
 Less complex and Time saving architecture of the platform.

FUTURE SCOPE:

 The portal can also generate some revenue in future by acquiring percentages in profit of vendor or by taking
commission as per the order.
 The vendor will be prioritized by the performance, feedback of customer and other records. Then vendors
performing well in criteria’s of priority will have a higher chance of getting more orders and huge amount orders
which will make them generate more profit.

CONCLUSION:

We understand the methodology and approach used in proposed system of Customfrumes portal to
overcome the problems and issues which were arise from existing system.
The approaches and functionalities applied in Customfrumes portal will make this portal a perfect platform
for both the customer and vendor because both the customer and vendor are getting everything ready under one
platform. The vendor is getting customers and the customer is getting the product.
