P-release and PPAP to be secured according IB deadlines for a predictable launch

 For Product Changes to be part of IB2437 Production start, it’s mandatory to be included in the P-Build (Product Modifications to be decided case by case)
 The deadlines shared below are the last opportunities to join the P-Build and IB2437 Production start
 You as an EPIC owner are responsible for making detailed plans (on PN level and X-functionally aligned) for P-Release and PPAP respecting the deadlines below. P-Release might be needed
earlier to support the PPAP deadline for example
 You as an VDT/TSS member are responsible for parts securement and to update the timings in KOLA and GPS by w2340

PMT asap!
 If you see a risk that any of your deliveries does not support any of the deadlines: please contact IB PMT
asap (Ulf Andersson, Henrik Olsson, Emma Benroth).
 Deviations will be brought to IB PDM for approval/rejection. (Contact VPIM Henrik Olsson)
 P release and PPAP plan will also be covered in Program/EPIC alignment meetings starting up w2339
( if you have not received info about these meeting yet you will do shortly)
