applications of ICT are currently popular in various fields due to its
capabilities in facilitating administration activities from data storage to
knowledge management and decision making.

• During the last 5 decades, the world has gone through lots of changes in
everyday life. One of the most important changes that happen into
humanity is ICT, which has brought a revolution in everyday life.

of IT (Information Technology) which is more focused into unified

right approach, ICT application can result in productivity and quality
improvements.
