CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (CBM) aims to introduce the key


concepts and theories in Business Management which would direct the
student for the further Business Management studies while providing the
basic understanding to the word of Business and its functions to a beginner.

1.Conducting Seminars Regarding CBM Program
• School Seminars
Making the students aware of the influential and highly competitive world. Soon after A/L exams,
they will start thinking about their academic graduate life. So those who wanted to start a
degree related to the business matter, the CBM course will be a great start to begin their
academic life.
• Public Seminars
This will provide a great opportunity to parents, working crowd and students who are reading a
degree related to business matter. Parents will get a brief idea to join their children and people
who are facing knowledge issues in working sights related to subject matter will
get an idea to join, and students who don’t have the basic knowledge about
commerce, also try to join the CBM programme.
2.Pioneer marketing strategies

• CBM is a 3 month programme. students who had already been following the
CBM programme, have a chance to introduce the same course to their
siblings or relative students. So when they introduce a new student to the
CBM programme, while the registration process the pioneer student will get
a certain percentage of discount. The reference should be mentioned
clearly by the new joinee.
3.Digital marketing

• E-mail Marketing
Sending professional G-mail to school leavers at the appropriate time. Soon after A/L exam
finish the institute should start sending emails regarding CBM programme.
• Social media Marketing
Facebook and Instagram are popular online marketing platforms. Posting and publishing posts
related to the course will helps to reach to a huge audience.
• Video Advertising
Online platforms such as You tube, Tik Tok, have a huge
viewers range and a maximum watch time. So advertising
in such platforms regarding the facilities in the institutes
will attract the viewers to join, the programme.
4.Identifying the group of students who has
changed medium
• Language is a major problem for those who had done their primary education in their
mother tongue. Such students will face difficulties while learning in English. So we need to
find them and categorize them and provide the valuable resources to understand the
significance of CBM programme. So while they complete this 3 months course, they will
get the required knowledge in their subject matter.
5.Providing up one day free lectures

• The institute must publish an ad regarding to a “one day free lecture” session. So
the students will be notified and will be enlightened to join the session. The
objective of this free session is to make the students to experience the facilities
of the institute and its’ premises. It is always better to witness the learning
environment. Students also will get to know about the modern technical
facilities which are available in the institute also.
6.Design posters and publish it in a creative way
