Introduction of 2G
Network.
2G (Second Generation):Introduced
in the 1990s, 2G brought digital
voice communication and allowed
for text messages (SMS). It provided
faster and more reliable
communication compared to the
earlier analog systems.
 Advantages.
 voice transmission with digital signal.
 Speed of data 64KBPS.
 Services such are digital voice and SMS (Small Msg Sent)
with more clarity
 Base on digital system.
It provides better quality and capacity.
 wireless Serivices.
 wireless serivies is used po for Business and Industry.
than school, colleges, then pilots, Doctors, Police and
vehicles ete.
Introduction of 3G
Network.
3G (Third Generation):
 Rolled out in the early 2000s, 3G increased data
transfer rates, enabling mobile internet access, video
calls, and multimedia content streaming.
Data Transmission speed increased from 144kbps-
2Mbps.Typically called Smart Phones and features
increased its bandwidth and data transfer rates to
accommodate web-based applications and audio and
video files.

 Sunperfast Stearming without any buffering.
 Record Calls and forward to one mobile to another.
 Improve storages capability Battery use is more.
Introduction of 4G
Network.
4G (Fourth Generation):
 Deployed around 2009, 4G significantly
improved data speeds, facilitating faster
internet browsing, high-quality video
streaming, and enhanced online game
experiences.

 Capable for providing 300 Mbps

speed.4G technology is a IP based
mobility. Both cellular and broadband
multimedia services every where.It has

Introduction of 5G
Network.
5G (Fifth Generation):
The latest generation, introduced around 2019,
5G offers even faster data speeds, lower latency,
and increased network capacity. It aims to
support emerging technologies like the Internet
of Things (IoT), augmented reality (AR), and
virtual reality (VR).
