My Presentation Unit1
My Presentation Unit1
• Being one of the best performing drivers according to the score card, I was assigned to train a new
employee to provide him with all practical information relevant to the nature of the work performed.
During the training, I paid attention to important aspects of critical moments whose mistakes lead to
receiving negative grades.
• During the training, I checked several times whether the person I was training understood the typical
problems he might encounter, checking whether he was able to recognize such situations and what to do
in them to perform the task according to the company’s expectations.
• In this way, we could directly influence the effectiveness of transferring skills for a person who needs in-
depth training.
• I use interpersonal skills that help recognize needs and personal barriers by treating each person in the
team individually, which is important in order to avoid conflicts and achieve intended goals more
quickly.
THE IMPORTANCE OF FEEDBACK
IN MY WORKPLACE
• After completing the training, I could find out from the score card
whether the person I trained was working in accordance with the
practical instructions he received. Based on the feedback, I could
check what I should focus more attention on during subsequent
training sessions, or whether I should intensify the training to
eliminate the problem.
• The more feedback received, the more data based on results can be
obtained towards achieving better outcomes.
THE IMPORTANCE OF FEEDBACK AND
PDP
Feedback is crucial to achieving both business-wide and personal professional development.
It should be taken into account that feedback cannot be targeted at only one group of
stakeholders.
Critical thinking is crucial too. Development planning without feedback is a waste of time. If
you keep doing the same thing and expecting different results, it's just not smart.
Ignoring the facts can lead to lasting problems that cannot be removed without a complete
modernization of one of the stakeholders, which may prevent the organization from
developing.
To achieve the intended goals, the organization must be balanced in their assessment of each
stakeholder to contribute to the overall improvement of the organization's effectiveness.
