What is SCRGM
It is an educational initiative that blends academic learning in a specific field with its practical
implementation in a professional setting that:
• Bring out entrepreneurial competencies of the students.
• Help students to envision and establish a lifelong establishment.
• Provide a chance to use their theoretical knowledge in professional work environments.
• This model augments work integrated learning idea and provides room for students to
realize their dream while studying and hone the entrepreneurial skill.
• Most importantly helps students to generate money for their own expenses which may
even include his/her program fee.

• Developing genuine business settings capable of generating revenue.
• Boosting University as umbrella brand under which all the efforts to Student
Centric Revenue Generation Model will be highlighted at national and international
level.

• Build a flourishing network of contacts.

SCRGM adopts a two-pronged approach:
 School initiative
 Student initiative
Which means that student interested to work on this
model but not having an idea can approach their
LPU Initiative HOD/HOS to get certain ideas. Also, in case required
students may also get a faculty mentor registered to
them to get guidance or direction
Both the categories of Revenue generation model
needs active participation of the student

1. Think on an idea: Idea Generation within or beyond curriculum
2. Proposal: Student need to send a proposal that clearly mentions the following:
Brief about the project they are going to do in about 500 words including names and details
of team members if any
Sources of Revenue
Expected Revenue in one financial year
Expected Academic benefits in terms of Attendance, CA, MTT, ETE, proration number of
courses.

(all the above have to e submitted by the student or team of student


(in case they are working in a team)) This proposal shall be submitted in
Division of Academic Affairs at 29-404
These proposals shall be reviewed and after thorough scrutiny and checking of
project,, students can initiate their project and approved academic shall be intimated to
the students.
