WHAT IS
RESEARCH?
Research is a systematic
investigation into and study of
materials and sources. It starts with
a problem or a question.
WORDS THAT WILL BE

- is a plan of how something will be done.

-are the information that you will gather as a
researcher
SIGNIFICANCE

-These are the meaningful findings in


research.

-Is the information that show

WHAT IS CAMPAIGN?
-A campaign is a planned set of activities that
people carry out over a period of time in
order to achieve something such as social or
political change.
FIVE DIMENSION OF
CAMPAGIGN
• AWARENESS RAISING- Made to address the
problem known by the public.

EXAMPLE:
Covid 19 prevention

2. Research – provides knowledge to take action

Example:
Experimenting to come up with a vaccine to cure COVID-19
2. Social Mobilization – involves a lot of different people as a tool for
a movement.

Example:
Human right rally.
4. Training – it is the process focused on a clear target.- it completes
the information-understanding cycle.
Example:
Training police for proper actions on crime
5. Lobbying - an act to influence decisions made by the
officials in the government.
WHAT IS ADVOCACY?
Advocacy is the same as the campaign, it
persuades the people to support the views of
the said person. The goal of advocacy is to
make people understand the importance of a
certain issue and find support to address it.
