and I are always busy working and studying, but I always try to help her when(ever) I can.

- How do you spend your free time? => I like/ spend time playing video games/ making

(1) I prefer to stay home because I want to spend my time with family/ enjoy some quiet time with

Please describe your favourite food
- What is it? Why do you like it?
=> My favourite food is Banh My. I like it because it is cheap but very good /(delicious). I can get /( buy) it almost
everywhere for example, on my way home or to my university.
How often do you eat it?
=> I think I eat it quite often, about( /around) 3-4 times a week. It’s one of my favourite dishes ,so I don’t mind eating
it again and again
- Can you cook it?
Þ (1) If I try, I think I can definitely, but I rarely have time to cook at home. For Banh my, I have to prepare so many
things, so I don’t think I’ll try making it anytime soon.
Þ (2) Yes, definitely. I try to make it at home ,so I can always eat it when I want without having to go out to buy it.

2. What do you usually do in winter?


ÞI like to bundle up (mac nhieu lop ao), drink hot chocolate and enjoy some movies or my favourite
shows at home. During winter, my family usually cook delicious hot soups. I really enjoy eating
them.
Þ My family and I usually travel to somewhere with snow such as Sapa for a new experience. We
always have a great time there.

3. How do you feel on rainy days?


=> Very romantic indeed. I like it when it gets colder because Da Nang is quite hot sometimes. On
rainy days, I feel very relaxed and usually spend time inside to read or listen to music.

Please describe your good habits?
- What are some of your good habits?
=> I really enjoy learning English and playing football. I think they’re good /( beneficial) for my
health and help me communicate better with foreigners.
- Where do you learn your habits?
=> On Youtube, by reading books, by practising, etc.
- What are your healthy eating habits?
=> I try to eat 3 meals a day and add vegetables to all my meals. I also drink lots of water to keep
myself hydrated. I eat plenty of fruit as well. Apples and watermelons are my favourites.

- Do children learn bad habits at school or at home?
=> Both I think. Parents can be bad role models sometimes if they are not aware of their wrongdoings
such as smoking or drinking. At school, children can copy each other’s behaviours, whether good or
bad. Parents and teachers need to interfere immediately to stop bad behaviours from children.
- How can we develop a good habit?
=> Practice makes perfect. I think every habit can be learned. For example, if you want to be good at
speaking English, you have to be patient and practise speaking every day.

On my first day of school, wearing uniform made me feel like a part of a community. Wearing uniform really helped foster a sense of belonging
among us, as everyone is dressed similarly and part of the same group. On that day, I felt so proud.

I usually wear baggy clothes such as oversized T-shirts, jumpers and loose pants. This is because I study
and work a lot so baggy clothes are comfortable and make it easier for me to breathe.

Online. I used to buy my clothes in (brick-and-mortar = physical) stores but since E-commerce websites
such as Tiki or Lazada, I’ve bought most of my clothes from there.

3. Did you wear a school uniform when you were younger?

My favourite website is phimmoi.com. I only use this website on the weekend to watch movies or my favourite shows. They offer
a variety of options to choose from.

I can relax after a long week of hard work. My sister also enjoys watching movies with me on the weekend. The website helps us
build a good relationship with one another.

3. Do you use any social networks like Facebook or Google+?


Of course. As a young adult, I need to keep myself updated with the latest news and trends. Social media allows me to do that.
They’re also powerful tools to connect with families and friends even when they live far away.
