INTRODUCTION
A set up where individuals come together and work in union to achieve a common
goal is called as organization.Employee retention refers to the various policies and
practices which let the employees stick to an organization for a longer period of
time. Every organization invests time and money to groom a new joinee, make him
a corporate ready material and bring him at par with the existing employees. The
organization is completely at loss when the employees leave their job once they are
fully trained. Employee retention takes into account the various measures taken so
that an individual stays in an organization .Employee retention is a critical
component in managing human resource flow. In this era of unpredictable market
and organizational changes, organizations must create an environment where
today’s top talent can thrive
EMPLOYEE RETENTION

 Employee retention is defined as an organization’s ability to prevent employee turnover,


or the number of people who leave their job in a certain period, either voluntarily or
involuntarily. Increasing employee retention has a direct impact on business performance
and success.

 Why employees leave the organization;


 Low salary
 Lack of motivation
 Lack of growth prospects
 Lucrative offers from competitors
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

 Human being is the most important and valuable resource for every organization or
institution had in the form of employee. If the employees are happy then automatically it
affects their performance. Objectives are given below:-

 To study the concept of Employee Retention.


 To analyze the factors affecting employee Retention.
 To Find out the most affecting factor of Employee Retention w.r.t Anaal Honda..

DATA ANALYSIS AND
  INTERPRETATION
It was found from my study that 52.9% of employees are male and 47.1 of
employees are female in Anaal Honda .
  39.2% of Employes Agree that Adequate compensation and benefits are provided
at Anaal Honda.
  43.1% of respondents Agree that Employees are satisfied with their jobs at Anaal
honda.
  35.3 % of respondents Agree that Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is
important for many employees.
  35.3 % of respondents agree that A strong company culture can help employees
feel connected to their organization and their colleagues
  43.1% of respondents Agree,that High workloads and stress can contribute to
employee burnout and dissatisfaction.
  In my study outcomes of ANOVA analysis show that for factor are having p-value
less than 0.05 so these hypothesis are accepted.
  Rest of the factors Environmental is having p-value more than 0.05 so these
hypotheses are rejected.

CONCLUSION
Strong workplace cultures generally emphasize on Employement development training programmes
and flexible work arrangements above all else. Anaal Honda provides Training and development
programmes which contributes to growth of employees and follows such affecting factors like
providing adequate compensation ,job satisfaction ,work life balance ,flexible work arrangements,
support ,feedback and guidance .
