Introduction
If you've ever felt like your instructor lacks something, you're
not alone. Evaluation is the right way to express your feelings.
At the end of every semester our university provides an online
instructors evaluation form which is to be filled by the students.
So, instead of telling your friends how good or bad your
instructor is, fill the form and help the academic unit understand
the teaching level of the teachers.
In this slide you will find reasons why you should evaluate your
instructor and how to evaluate them.
Why should I
evaluate?
Well, there are lots of reason for you to participate in the
evaluation:
 Future Student Benefits: Feedback provided through evaluations can benefit future students
by helping to maintain high standards of teaching and learning within the department or
university.
 Enhancing Learning Experience: By providing feedback, students can contribute to creating a
more engaging and effective learning environment tailored to their needs.
 Identification of Areas for Improvement: Constructive criticism in evaluations helps
instructors identify areas where they can improve their teaching techniques, leading to
continuous professional development.
 Accountability: Evaluation results can hold instructors accountable for their performance,
ensuring that they are meeting the expectations of students and the university.
 Having an impact: Through this evaluations you can have an actual impact on the quality of
your education.
 Its Fun:
 Voice in Curriculum Development: Evaluation responses can influence decisions about
course content, teaching materials, and instructional approaches, giving students a voice in
shaping their educational experience.
How can I evaluate?
The evaluation process is straightforward and simple, and we'll guide you
through it step by step.
You'll be provided with an online form that takes just a few minutes to
complete. We will walk you through each stage, ensuring that you can
easily provide valuable feedback on your instructors.
Start by logging in into you portal. After logging in press the 3 bars
At the right top of the page. And then from the provided list press
The one that says “INSTRUCTORS” and under that press the one that
Says “STAFF EVALUATION”. If you are using you mobile phone
It should look like this.

You can also follow the color code in the image:


Green first
Yellow second
Red third
After pressing “staff evaluation” you will find a page containing
Instructions, Read all the instruction.
After that, Press the “EVALUATION QUESTIONNARIE” as shown in
this image
Next, you fill the academic year, semester, course and instructor’s
name respectively. After filing the required information, you will be
Provided with evaluation criteria, and based on those criteria's you
Will evaluate your instructor by selecting one of the following scores:
VL=very low, L= low, A= average, H= high, VH= very high. And if you
Are unable to evaluate the instructor for specific criteria you can
Select NA= not applicable.
After you finished evaluating DON’T FORGET TO SAVE.

Green first, yellow second, red third and blue fourth.
You can also write general comment at the end of the page.
