PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Introduction
In this lesson, you will learn healthy activities that will
engage you to have at least 60- minutes workout routine
mist days of the week in a variety of settings in- and out
the school. You are also expected to classify some of the
activities according to the level of intensity.
Moderate Activity

Refer to physical activities that are not overly strenuous or


intense but are still more exerting than light activities. These
activities increase your heart rate and breathing but allow you to
maintain a conversation while performing them. They provide
health benefits and contribute to overall fitness.

VIGOROUS ACTIVITY

Refers to physical activities that are characterized by high intensity and


require a significant amount of effort and energy. These activities
substantially increase your heart rate and breathing rate, often to the point
where it is difficult to carry on a conversation while performing them.
Engaging in vigorous activities can provide numerous health benefits,
including improved cardiovascular fitness, enhanced strength, and increased
calorie expenditure.
