PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Introduction
In this lesson, you will learn healthy activities that will
engage you to have at least 60- minutes workout routine
mist days of the week in a variety of settings in- and out
the school. You are also expected to classify some of the
activities according to the level of intensity.

Two main Categories
FIRST: it is an exercise involving structured, repetitive
movements of the body.
SECOND: non exercising is physical activity such as
standing, commuting to from school to work or taking
part in household and occupational chores.
However this two physical activities has a level of
intensity: LIGHT, MODERATE and VIGOROUS
