Service Information System (SIS) and Service
Technician Workbench (STW) Training Information
is Stored on the Flash File DVD
Starting with the August, 2005 Flash File Search (FFS) DVD and future FFS
DVD’S will include all Service Information System (SIS) and Service Technician
Workbench (STW) training files. The training files are located within the Training
Folder. An index for the SIS training files and an index for the STW training files
is included in the Training folder. The indexes can be opened using Microsoft
Word or Adobe Reader and provide brief descriptions of the training files
available. The training files include PowerPoint Presentations, Microsoft Word
documents, Adobe Acrobat versions of the presentations and documents and
Webex Recordings. The Webex player install application is included in the
Training/Webex folder. Run the atplay.exe file to install the Webex recording.

All Dealers and Truck Engine Products (TEP’S) Dealers that receive SIS DVD's
receive the Flash File Search disk. The advantages of placing SIS and STW
training files on the Flash File Search DVD are all files are located in one place.
The training files can be copied to a Dealer shared drive for access by the SIS and
STW users that do not receive the FFS DVD.

Open my computer, insert the Flash File DVD and


select the Training folder.

File indexes for SIS and STW Training are available.


Open the desired index with Microsoft Word or Adobe
Reader. The specific training files are located in the
respective folders.

Provide Brief Descriptions
SIS & STW training files are separated in relative
folders
