The Second day of the session started with a Management of
Learning(MOL) a quick summary of the topics of the first day done by
Mrs.Myra L.Samo.After that the speaker of the day Mrs.Jenylene
C.Arañez with her topic Inquiry Based Approach .In her discuission she
give emphasis that Inquiry Based Approach is a learning process that
engages students by making real-world connections through
exploration and high-level questioning. It is an approach to learning
that encourages students to engage in problem-solving and experiential
learning.All learning begins with the learners.It implies involvement
that leads to understanding.It gives real and authentic challenges to
overcome.And role of teacher is to facilitate learning.

Second Day
“All growth depends upon activity.There is no development
physically and intellectually without effort and effort means work
-Hellen Keller-
The third day of the session is continuation of doing the
outputs.The aim of activity is to let the teachers craft a Daily Lesson
plan that contains the pedagogical approaches in some or all part of
the lesson plan.After that Mrs Cerilina D.Comia check the following
outputs.
After the session we proceed to the closing program Mrs Rachelle
Joy M.Hernandez give her insight of the 3 days training.Mrs.Cerilina
D.Comia gives her challenge and accepted by Mrs.Lorenza
P.Pasigan.And closing remarks done by Mrs Jenylene C.Arañez after
that we proceed to the distribution of certificates to the partticipants
and resource speakers of the INSET.
Narrative Report
First Day
The training proper officially started at Exactly 8:00 o’clock in the
morning with a video presenation: A prayer led by Mrs.Rachelle Joy
M.Hernandez, followed by the Singing of Nationalistic song conducted
by Mrs.Jenylene C.Arañez. Afterwards,Mrs.Cerelina D.Comia Head
Teacher I, gave an opening remarks and a roll call done by Mrs.Myra
L.Samo by using tongue twisters that mes the checking of attendance
lively.
The first speaker,Maam Jenelyn H.Aguilera - Teacher II,She discussed
about the Constructivist Approach.She give emphasis that learners
are actively involved in a process of meaning and knowledge
construction rather than passively receiving information. Learners are
the makers of meaning and knowledge.
The second speaker Mrs. Genny Ann S.Laroza and her topic is about
Collaborative Approach which involves pupils working together on
activities or learning tasks in a group small enough to ensure that
everyone participates. Pupils in the group may work on separate tasks
contributing to a common overall outcome,or work together on a
shared task.
The third speaker Mrs.Felina C.Arañez discussed the Reflective
approach which means looking at what the teacher and learners do in
classroom,thinking about why they do it and analyzing about it if it
works.This is a process of self-evaluation cum self observation.
The fourth speaker and last but not the least for the day is Mrs.Sylvia
M.Laroza her topic is about Integrative approach means creating
learning experiences that enable children to draw meaningful
connections across their learning experiences and between their
learning and life experiences.
