Introduction:

Timetable is a fast and reliable computer


program used by schools and colleges in over
80 countries to schedule their timetables.
It can helps to structuring activities and give a
chronological sense to the whole academic and
teaching plan, which makes them essential
within the education setting.
Why we choose the software time table?
 Automatic creation of schools and college
schedule based on their choices.
 Plan professors and staff members time effective.
 The ability to easily replace and existing schedule
subject with a new one with single click.
 Class schedule to ensure that there are gaps
between complicated high priority classes for a
low stress learning environment.
 It helps to college save a time and effort
management spends on doing day to day time
table task.

database to store the information.

 In our project to expose a timetable is a kind


of schedule that sets out times at which
specific events are intended to occurs.
 Its create different class timing sets for
different types of periods like placement
classes and lab sessions etc.
 Its input from the users to allot the separate
classes of periods.
Merits of software time table :
 Control the stress levels of pupils and teachers.
 Print a schedule to each sections.
 The timetable shows exactly what is to be done at
a particular time.
 The timetable places proper persons at their
proper places, at the proper time and in the
proper manner.
 Minimization of effort in developing, duplicating
and sending scheduling information.
