Day 1 – Familiarize with app used by the end user (Haqdarshaks)
Task 1.1: Create a family of 4, enter citizen data and
perform a screening. View any scheme in detail along
with documents required. Observe the difference in the
schemes beings shown to different profiles.
Use state of residence as Maharashtra.

Sample profiles: (Ration card = BPL)


Citizen1: WIDOW – >Age = 65 year; marital status = widowed
Citizen2: FARMER – >Nature of job= farmer
Citizen 3: Unemployed  22 year old unemployed male, with a disability
Citizen4: Sukanya  Age=6-10 years girl child

Task 1: Create sample schemes and documents as per ppt


While creating anything for practice, please add the suffix 'test'/'your name'
because this is as good as creating a scheme for real.
Practice schemes:

2. Inter-caste marriage schemes.

Practice documets:
1. Birth certificate
2. Income certificate

The process for publishing a scheme:
1. After completing the data entry, change the status of scheme as “Data
entered”
2. Ask your fellow team members to do a peer review of your scheme.
They can add comments and once the scheme is complete they can
change the status to “Data Complete”
3. Intimate Research Head of the state to Publish the “Data complete”
schemes.
4. If Research Head comments for any corrections, the scheme will be
marked as reviewed.
5. Once the scheme data is complete, it gets published by the Research
Head.
