LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Attain competency of each of the following, enough for them to teach themselves
any more advanced related computer literacy material not covered in this course:
1. Spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel
2. Introduction to Databases using Microsoft Access
3. Presentation skills using Microsoft PowerPoint

ICT 162 Lecture Notes and Practical Lab tutorials (all available
online through Moodle).
ASSESSMENT
2 Tests: 40% (online)
Check that you are properly registered on ASAS to “ICT162 FOEx” where x is your lecture group details
Check that your course on Moodle is correct i.e. “ICT162 FOEx” where x is your lecture group details
Make sure that you attend and do all your lab practicals(physically or virtually)
When requested DO check that your test grades on ASAS match what you got on Moodle
