Foodtrain is not only comfortable for safe journey and also
for good quality of food.
In our life food makes a precious role. So our project is all
about collaborating railway services with food companies
We will provide the food of your choice at any time to your
respective stops
Even this services are provided for
general passengers also
It is the most beneficial for government and the food
companies also
It is the most beneficial for government and the food
companies also
By this project users will be facilitated with special discounts
and other benefits over the food services by collaberating with
the railways.
Food orders can be done with the ticket reservations
working
 The preliminary analysis based on the prototype calculations
show that around 3 cubic meter of air at a pressure more than
30 bar can give a mileage equivalent to one liter petrol i.e, Rs
64

 Cost of production of one cubic meter of air at a pressure

of 50 bar is Rs 3.

 Hence air Rs 9 can give the milage of Rs 64 of petrol.

achievements
 They designed the proto-type for low speed, the output power; applied
load was also kept low.

 The prime aim being to test the concept of application of with its
related advantages.

 There is no possibility of knocking.

 No need of cooling systems and spark plugs or complex fuel injection

systems.

 Reduces the cost of vehicle production by about 20% as no need to

build a cooling system, fuel tank, ignition systems or silencers.
 Compressors use electricity for generating.

 Compressed air which is relatively much cheaper and widespread.

 Smooth working will lead to less wear & tear , so lesser maintenance cost.

 Research by MDI shows that an AIR POWERED CAR can travel 171 km by
using electricity costing about Rs. 80-100 which would cost Rs. 570 for a
normal S.I eningine car giving an average of 15 km/liter.
limitations
The heat exchanger can be problematic.

While it performs a similar task to the intercooler the temperature

difference between the incoming air and the working gas is smaller.

In heating the store air , the device gets very cold and may ice up in
cool, moist climates.

Tanks get very hot when filled rapidly.

Limited capacity of storage tanks.

Limited range (140-150 km).
