Progress Report Completion Report
• A millwright completes the first phase of repairing an industrial machine. The second phase will
begin once additional parts are supplied in the next two weeks. Also, the millwright is waiting for
information from the client on some proposed changes. The millwright completes a PROGRESS
REPORT. It shows what work has been completed, what remains in phase 2, identifies the changes
that need to be approved and indicates when phase 2 will start. It can be used by the client to see
progress, or by a boss or another worker who takes on phase 2.
