 There are few activities connected with sales but activities are not being framed accordingly
 Manpower allotment of each & every activity must be rationalized.
 Providing training to our customers but training modules and training materials are not in place.
 Job overlapping is there, it has been found while reviewing the data
 No clarity on roles & responsibilities deputed in different locations such as Khanna/ Karnal etc.

 Activities have not been framed as per the existing & future business requirement. It is always suggested to have quantifiable activity
 Every activity has to be in line with a figure ,
 Activities are not based on leading & lagging factor
 Activity can be considered as KRA & KPI can be extracted from KPI as required for productivity analysis
 Every individual’s performance has to be quantifiable but by these mentioned activities, it is not possible to convert activities into the said requirement.
 Activities have to break down into more sub-activities
 But looking into the length and breadth of the area of activity, manpower strength is absolutely ok to go ahead
 It is also suggested to have complete KRA & KPI of every employee in line with the present & future business requirements to keep a track of individual performance
