Horizontal Construction

The document discusses two horizontal construction projects in the Philippines. The first is the ongoing NLEX-SLEX Connector Road Project, an 8km elevated expressway connecting North and South Luzon Expressways. It began construction in December 2021 and is expected to be completed in phases by 2023. The second is the accomplished Binondo-Intramuros Bridge project, which opened in April 2022 to alleviate traffic and improve accessibility between the districts of Binondo and Intramuros in Manila. Both projects aim to enhance connectivity and economic growth in their respective regions.
