Warm-up Activity

"Me Collage"
MY VALUE
• Understanding self-value is crucial for building self-esteem and confidence

• Your value is defined by your unique qualities, strengths, and beliefs.

Ways to Discover My Value
• Reflect on your strengths, talents, and passions.

• Seek feedback from others about your positive qualities.

• Embrace self-acceptance and self-love.


Main Activity
• "Value Exchange": Pair up the students. Give each pair a set of sticky

notes and instruct them to write down positive qualities and strengths they

see in their partner. Afterward, have them exchange and read the notes

aloud, expressing gratitude for each other's strengths


Main Activity
• "Value Reflection": Ask each student to individually reflect on the

following questions and write their responses on index cards:

• What are three things you value most about yourself?

• How do these values shape your actions and decisions


My Influence
• Our actions and choices have an impact on the world around us.

• We have the power to influence others positively or negatively.

• Examples of positive influence: being a role model, helping others, spreading

kindness.

• Family and friends: the people closest to us shape our values and

behaviors.

Group Discussion/Activity: Influence Chart
• Have the four students work together as a group. Provide chart paper and

markers and instruct them to create a chart that showcases examples of

human influence in various aspects of life, such as family, school,

community, or the environment. Encourage them to discuss and write

down concrete examples of positive influence.


Examples of Positive Influence
• Supporting a friend in need.

• Volunteering for a local charity.

• Being a good listener and offering advice.

Main Activity
• “Guess my Role":

Give each student a chance to describe a specific role or duty they would like

to portray without directly mentioning the role. The other students will ask

yes or no questions to figure out the role. The student who correctly guesses

the role earns a point and takes the next turn to describe a role.

as studying, helping family

"Oil Spill Story"
• a short video about the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and the role of

bacteria in consuming the oil. Discuss how even microorganisms play

important roles in maintaining the balance of nature.

Examples of Roles and Duties
• Student: attending classes, completing assignments, striving for academic

success.

• Sibling: supporting and caring for brothers/sisters, fostering healthy

relationships.

environmentally conscious.
Synergy Effect
• The synergy effect occurs when individuals work together, combining

their skills and efforts to achieve greater outcomes.

• Collaboration and teamwork lead to stronger results than individual

efforts alone.
Ringelmann Effect
• The Ringelmann effect refers to the tendency of individuals to exert less

effort in group settings compared to when working alone.

• Recognizing this effect can help us stay motivated and accountable in our

roles and duties.
