DATASET USED
• This dataset appears to be displaying
information related to sales and
orders of various products from a
company. Each row in the dataset
represents a specific transaction or
order.
• Each row represents a single product
within an order. This dataset can be
used to analyze various aspects of the
company's sales, such as the types of
products sold, sales volume, customer

patterns, trends, and making business
decisions related to inventory,
marketing, and customer satisfaction.

CARDS
Stacked area chart

• Stacked area charts are effective for visualizing trends,

comparisons, and changes in the composition of data. However,
it's important to be cautious when using them, especially when
dealing with too many data series or when precise comparisons
between categories are necessary, as the stacked nature of the
chart can make it challenging to accurately interpret individual
values.

• It is showing no of orders corresponding to the resp year

100% STACK COLUMN CHART
• In Power BI, you can create a 100% stacked area chart
to visualize data where you want to display the relative
proportions of different categories over time or another
dimension. Unlike a regular stacked area chart, a 100%
stacked area chart shows each category's contribution
as a percentage of the whole, making it easier to
compare the relative distribution of categories across
the entire data set.

• This chart is showing category of products used in

different sectors and their percentage .
SCATTER CHART

• Scatter chart in Power BI is a visual representation that allows

you to display and analyze the relationship between two
numerical variables. It is also known as a scatter plot or scatter
graph. Scatter charts are useful for identifying patterns, trends,
correlations, and outliers within your data.

• It is showing customer sales vs profit.

100% STACKED BAR CHART

A 100% stacked area chart is an excellent choice when you want to emphasize the
relative distribution of data categories over time or any other dimension. It helps you
visualize how each category's proportion changes as a percentage of the whole, making it
easy to identify trends or shifts in the data.
DONUT CHART
A donut chart is a type of data visualization used to
represent data as a circular chart with a hole in the
center. It is a variation of the more common pie chart.
Donut charts are often used to display data in a way
that allows viewers to compare the parts to the whole
and understand the distribution of data within
categories.
