Iris Data Visualization

The document contains three data visualizations - a scatter plot, linear projection, and silhouette plot - analyzing sepal and petal measurements of three iris flower types: Iris-setosa, Iris-versicolor, and Iris-virginica. The scatter plot shows the sepal width and length ranges for each type of iris. Iris-setosa has the smallest sepal size, while Iris-virginica has the most varied sepal lengths. The linear projection compares sepal and petal sizes, showing Iris-versicolor and Iris-virginica can be difficult to distinguish by sepal size alone. The silhouette plot depicts outlier sepal sizes in some Iris-virginica and Iris-versicolor samples.

In average, Iris Sentosa sepal width are between 2,3 –

Iris Versicolor is the smallest sepal width, 2-3,4 cm

enough, it might confuse us just see the sepal itself.

Linear Projection

The linear projection data visualization represent the

size of both iris sepals and petals.
The petal is a sterile floral part that usually functions as
visually conspicuous element of a flower.

In general view, Iris Versicolor might look typical to Iris
Virginica from its petal typical size, though Iris Virginica
petal size is slightly bigger than Iris Versicolor.
Iris Sentosa has bigger petal size compared to both type
Iris.
Iris Sentosa has specific originality, which its petal
significantly smaller to the sepal.

Silhouette Plot

The Silhouette Plot represent the group size petal and

sepal of each type of Iris.
As in data visualization we can see Iris Virginica and Iris
Versicolor have outlier size of sepal.
