b. What makes her famous?

She is a Malaysian diver. She has won two Olympic


medals and seven World Championships medals. She won
the gold medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games. She
was chosen to be the flagbearer of Malaysia at the
2012 Summer Olympic.
c. Do you think that she influences people in a positive way?
Give a reason.

Yes ,she influences people in a positive way because she is the


first Malaysian female athlete to win an Olympic medal,
Pandelela Rinong has come leaps and bounds to be one of
Malaysia’s top athletes. She has given Malaysians
encouragement in what’s to come with the future crop of rising
athletes to carry on the chase for the elusive first Olympic gold
medal,
( ii) Find out the effects of social media platforms on our health.

• Too much screen time can lead obesity, sleep problems, chronic
neck and back problems and depression in children.
• They are less active and less social than ever .
• kids who spend too long in front of screens may be at risk of
becoming disillusioned, easily distracted, socially isolated, and
lacking in empathy.
C (i) Explain the role of the food pyramid as a guide to healthy eating.
a. Study the food pyramid and label it correctly.
B . What could happen if we do not follow the food pyramid?

i. Over weight when take too much carbohidrate and sugar

ii. Less vegetablecs and fruits can effect healthy problem and constipation.

iii. take a lot of oily food that contain high cholestrol can promote heart disease.

• Being a healthy weight has important benefits for lowering your


risk of heart disease, joint pain and a range of other conditions.

• As a general rule, a healthy weight for your height would mean


your body mass index (BMI) would be between 20 and 25
b. What can you do to encourage your family members to lead a healthier
lifestyle?
•Get active! Start a step challenge, initiate a family walk around the
neighborhood or a game of tag with the kids

•Invite you family member or friend to your workout class. Beginner or intro
classes are obviously great to start with because movements are usually
broken down into simpler terms and the instructors are patient and
attentive to new members!

•Hydration is king. One health habit that I think is often overlooked is making
sure you’re getting enough water! Encourage water with everyone in your
family and friend circle! This might include making a yummy infused water
or getting a fun new water bottle for them to use.
