•Invite you family member or friend to your workout class. Beginner or intro
classes are obviously great to start with because movements are usually
broken down into simpler terms and the instructors are patient and
attentive to new members!
•Hydration is king. One health habit that I think is often overlooked is making
sure you’re getting enough water! Encourage water with everyone in your
family and friend circle! This might include making a yummy infused water
or getting a fun new water bottle for them to use.
