JOB FEED APPLICATION PROCESS

January 2022
1. Eligibility Check – To apply for an IJP employee must match an option highlighted in
the below table.

2. Update your delivery role and skills under “My Profile” tab.

1. Check the box if it is a Primary Role.
2. Use the Scroll bar to choose the appropriate level of Proficiency, Experience and How Recent
information.

3. Upload your updated Resume under “My Documents” tab.

4. Search for the relevant position (the Team request / SO ID) in the keywords search and apply
under “My Match”.

5. Click on the requirement to check on the role details and apply

6. Global search: Displays all open positions within Capgemini. Provides the option of a grid or
list view. An employee cannot apply for a job from the Global Search list.

7. Skill Gap: “Skill Gap” tab highlights the matching and missing keywords of the demand and
candidate’s profile.

Demand Exclusions

• Proposal - Positions to be excluded from JobFeed


• Demands marked as “Confidential”
• Demands with Proactive Hire as Market Unit : this will exclude all Fresher demands
• Demands with position end date 6 months ago
• Demands with position start date > 6 months
