was called as human settlement which was defined
as all places in which a group of people reside and
pursue their life goals. But the size of the
settlement varies from a single family to million
people.

A group of people with common characteristic or
interest living together within a larger society or a
body of persons or nations having a common
history or common social, economic and political
interests.

A process whereby the efforts of government are
united with those of the people to improve in the
social, cultural and economic conditions in
community. It also the process designed to create
