Onboarding FlowChart

The onboarding flowchart shows the process for a new employee from start to finish. The hiring manager prepares paperwork for the new employee. The employee then fills out the paperwork which is reviewed by the HR office. If revisions are needed, the paperwork is sent back to the employee. If no revisions are needed, the IT department creates the necessary employee accounts. The supervisor then provides training materials, answers questions, shows how to use company systems, and provides extra tools. Finally, the employee supervisor introduces them to the company to complete the onboarding process.
