1. Choosing a template
Click on “FILE”
You can choose and
click on any template
provided below.
Click on “New”
2. Insert a new slide

Right-click your mouse on any


slide, and then click on “New
Slide” to add/insert a new slide
to the next of selected slide.
Click on “FORMAT” tab and you can

4. Adding pictures into the slide
To add a picture into the slide,
click on “INSERT” tab and the
click on “Pictures” tool.
Then browse the picture from
your computer that you want to
add. If found, select the picture
and click on “Insert”.
5. Save the slides
Click on “FILE”.
Click on
“Save”.

From clicking “Browse”


here, you can browse
into your computer
folders and choose a
folder you want to save
your file into.
Type a name for your file
name and choose any
type of powerpoint slide
you want to save as.
Lastly, click on “Save”
button.
6. Adding and format a Shape

Repeat the steps where


you want to add a
picture BUT this time
click on “Shapes”.

Next, you can select any


kind of shapes here
provided by Ms
PowerPoint
To format the shapes,
you must also select or
click on the shapes first
just like when you want
to format a text.

These are the tools


you can used to
format the shapes
based on your own
desires.
7. Add transitions and animations

8. Changing the background

Right-click on any space


of the slide and click on
“Format Background”
From here, the
background setting will
appear. You can choose
any “FILL” to fill in your
slide background
including Solid, a
Gradient, a Pattern and
even a Picture of your
desire.

You can also choose to apply a


similar background to all the
slides.
