Week 2 Day 4

amount of force applied to an object.
Guide Questions:
1. What are the safety measures in doing physical activities?
2. What will happen if you disobey rules and safety reminders?
3. How can you ensure your safety all the time?
Accidents are inevitable and unpredictable. Awareness of
safety measures and putting it into practice will surely lessen
casualties and loss of property. Safety gear must be worn in
performing physical activities like biking, skateboarding and the
likes.
Accidents and injuries could be avoided if you are careful
and aware of the different safety measures your school and
community implements. For example, in school, the gate of the
playground must be wide enough to ensure that nobody would
be trapped when there is a need to evacuate. You should pass
one at a time in going inside or outside the classroom. Never
push or kick somebody while in line. You should avoid running
in corridors and in the pathways.
Safety must be observed everywhere, most specially in
your houses. During pandemic, it is also where you stay and
spend most of your time. Games and physical activities you
do outside cannot be played inside your homes. If you do,
what may happen? Accidents may happen. The house is not a
playground and you have to follow orders for you to be safe
inside your house. For example, play with your toys with
care, make sure you return them into their proper places so
that nobody would step on it. Avoid playing “habulan” inside
for you may bump into your vases and cabinets or appliances.
What are the different ways to keep yourself
safe in doing physical activities?
