4.1 Participants:-
In the experiment, 23 healthcare professionals took part, and they had different
levels of experience and expertise, as shown in Table 1. When asked about their
knowledge in managing patients with COVID-19, the median score was five out of
seven, indicating a moderate to high level of knowledge. Most of the healthcare
professionals felt very comfortable using new technologies.
