ITD Guidelines
User’s responsibility:
- assigned computer equipment like laptop, notebook, iPad,
Pocket WiFi and Mobile Phone for official business use only.
- License software Windows and MS Office are Texicon Agri
ventures Corp. property.

ITD Guidelines
• Responsible, basic safety and equipment care.
• File back-ups shall be mandatory (USB or Google Drive). Personal External drive
and USB subject for anti-virus scan and secure permission.
• Damaged equipment are subject for inspection/maintenance by the ITD.
• Defective due to negligence & improper use. User must file “Incident Report” to
HRD & ITD for investigation.
• Property of Texicon Agri Ventures Corp.
• Upon resignation or termination user must surrender to HRD & ITD.

• Manage Storage only 16GB (Videos and Images/pictures)
