What is a PEEL
paragraph?
A PEEL paragraph is a way to structure
your responses in humanities. It
structures your response to help provide
an example or evidence for what you are
saying, and it helps to keep focused on
the question that has been asked.

Explain how the tropical rainforest of Far North Queensland is important for climate change.
This means that as Australia's largest rainforest, the FNQ region is instrumental for
reducing climate change.
This rainforest aids climate change by absorbing large amounts of carbon dioxide. Evidence
shows that worldwide, rainforests absorb 2.4 billion metric tonnes of carbon every year.

Overall, the role of the FNQ rainforest in absorbing carbon and maintaining biodiversity
