PRE-STRINGING ACTIVITY FOR CROSSING


 To check complete details of Tensioner and Puller capacity
 To check approved certificates of operators
 Coordination to the proponent organization
 To check all proper tools and PPEs.
 To request for work permit
 To check all manpower and equipment for competence efficiency and
effectiveness
 To implement the proper use of PPEs
 Conduct tool box meeting before commencing with the activity
 To Ensure safety of 33kv live line to be crossed with proper installation
of its protection

STRINGING METHODOLOGY
 Conductor pulling will be done by utilizing 4 cranes and wooden spreader
 Positioning of cranes on both sides of 33kv live line two at each side with wooden
spreader beem
 Both cranes will hold the wooden spreader beem at the required level and
position
 5th crane will hold the conductor traveler for nylon rope/pilot wire passing
 Fiber wire rope shall be passed from conductor traveler
 Conductor shall be pulled under controlled tension method
 Above same method is repeated for stringing of all phases of circuit I&II.
 After completion of pulling conductor shall be removed from traveler while doing
rough sag.

height
 To inform the HSE manager and get contacted with the nearest emergency
assistance,rescue centers and hospitals.
 To ensure the rescue is carried out in a steady and controlled manner
 To ensure effective communication is maintained at all times
 Carefully monitor the condition of the worker and administer first aid
where necessary
 Contacting the emergency services so that victim person can begin
receiving medical treatment as quickly as possible
