REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT via Teacher Account/Portal
1) 2x2 photo FOR THOSE WITH TEACHING EXP: MAKE SURE to upload PROOF OF
TEACHING
2) Valid ID
• Certificate of Employment
3) Voice Recording (follow the exact script in the PDF file via email or
Skype) • Certificate of Teaching
• Service Record
FOR ALL COLLEGE GRADS: MAKE SURE to upload PROOF OF !! Must indicate teaching background, tenure, or start date of
EDUCATION employment.
• Diploma
• Transcript of Records ! ! ! DEADLINE : BEFORE ATTENDING THE ONBOARDING
• Certificate of Graduation *Incomplete/Late requirements = application on hold
!! Must indicate your Date of Graduation and Bachelor's degree with
university seal or stamp.
Uploading requirements
How to upload the requirements via Teacher Account / Portal:
1) Link - https://51talk.ph/sign-in
2) Username: (email address)
3) Password: 51talk
4) Go to "COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE" tab
Upload the 2x2 photo and Voice Recording (mp3 file - follow the script sent to you in the PDF file via email by your
Orientation facilitator). Also, paste the script in the teacher account/portal (copy it from the PDF file/email).
Also, upload a PHOTO of your VALID ID. If the ID is not listed on our site, you may upload it on any section.
Provide the ID number & Click No Expiration date
Put the date today
Then, save it. Log out and try to log in again and it should be good already.
TIPS REGARDING THE REQUIREMENTS
1. 2x2 photo - can be done in 5 minutes. Ask anyone at your home to take your photo
similar to PASSPORT PHOTO QUALITY and you can use mobile phone camera.
Scanned/pixelated copies and selfies are NOT allowed.
2. One Valid ID - take a photo using mobile phone camera
3. Voice Recording - can be done in less than 10 minutes. Use the exact script and
assigned teacher name sent via email/PDF and do not change it. Free Voice

VOICE RECORDING
Click RECORD & if there's a pop-up message, make sure to ALLOW microphone. Start reading the exact
script given to you. Once done recording, click STOP. Wait for it to finish then click SAVE. Pop-up message
will appear, edit the title/file recording name. Click SAVE again. To download the recording, Click "LINK", then
"COPY" the first link, paste the link to a new browser then enter. Below the recording, you can see the LINK
and MAP button. Below is the "DOWNLOAD" button (word DOWNLOAD, located in the bottom right part). Click
"DOWNLOAD" to save the recording on your computer.

Reminder: ONLY OPEN A BPI ACCOUNT ONCE YOU ARE A LAUNCHED TEACHER
51Talk will remit your teaching fees through your own BPI savings account only (for teachers
residing in PH). If you don't have a personal savings account in BPI, you need to contact the 51Talk
Fees team once you are a launched teacher. 51Talk will give you a referral letter to present in any
BPI branch so you can open a personal savings account with zero maintaining balance. Make
