ABSTRACT

 This is an Online event management system software that serves the functionality
of an event manager for the college. This system allows only the registered users
to log in and use the software.
 The new users are allowed to log in to the application after registering. The
project provides most of the basic functionalities like enrolling for an event and
knowing the date and time of the event when it occurs.
 It allows the user to select the events from the list given there. All this data is
logged in the database and the user will receive the reply mail for the registration
The data is stored for future work done by the heads and coordinators.
INTRODUCTION
 An event management system is a software application designed to streamline the
process of planning, organizing, and managing events. It is a powerful tool that
allows event planners to manage multiple tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting,
and promotion, all in one place.
 The purpose of this project is to develop an event management system that will
make it easier for event planners to create and manage successful events. It also
benefits the welfare of staff and students. This system will provide a user-friendly
interface that will allow users to create and manage event details, including
attendees, schedules, etc.
 The proposed system reduces the burden of posters, banners, etc. It reduces the
delay in communication. The events can be commonly listed in one framework
the events registration and closing can also be automated using apply button and
the not accepting response button.
 The participants can be restricted and the event report can download the registered
positive participant list.
 This project will be an interesting one and much more user-friendly to conduct an event
the list of events records and dates held is easy to register.
 The post report about the event is not mandatory due to dean has an individual login.
 This framework can give all the necessary details about the event held .

 This application/framework is available in existing literature it supports corporate


sectors event crew but for the purpose of college there is very less contribution and
even conducted within a building itself is not aware among other departments.
 To replace this, the proposed system can be implemented as a framework in the
college.
 This website allows you to store data like events that were held before and participants
list, winners list, etc., so that the admin can access these data later.
CONCLUSION
 College event Management System is essential for an institution or to a college or to a
university, which utilizes computers and also reduces manpower.
 The benefits of the college management system for the employee are they can create any
kind of certificate easily using this system.
 They can easily retrieve all information related to students Admin has all the Collective
records of students of all the branches.
 This system gives an easy approach to finding detailed information for any student
about college events.
