    Executive Summary

    customers already knew what they want. This can save a lot of time.

    • Customer Specific Volume Pricing is a powerful pricing tool which Oracle CPQ Cloud offers. Company
    will be able to give a discount for specific customer when they purchase certain amount of items.

    Consumer Vidovic Borkett from Sykes Gym has a list of fitness equipment which she is looking to
    purchase. She calls Supremo Fitness to place order. Natalie Thompson takes Vidovic’s list and quickly
    uploads into Oracle CPQ’s transaction.

    Sykes Gym is a returning customer and eligible for customer specific volume pricing.

    Known Issues

    • CSV Upload is a customized function of CPQ. It is meant to be worked in CPQ standalone. There is a limitation
    when using it with a CRM. For the purposes of this story, we will use CX Sales to leverage Customer Specific
    Volume Pricing. However, due to the current Model Pricing structure, the user will not be able to sync items back to
    the opportunity. This demo ends upon submitting the order in CPQ.
