• We will discuss Kuwait finance house (KFH) organization and the outsourcing of its banking system.
• Overview of the company's operations and the need to improve customer service.
• Logical requirements, development timeframe, development cost frame, test plan, and
ethical/environmental implications will be discussed.
• KFH: A significant Islamic bank operating since 1977 in Kuwait and overseas. 
• Ethical and sustainable banking practices, offering sharia-compliant financial solutions. 
• Services include loans, investments, current and savings accounts, wealth management, and
investment banking.
