How to form Present Simple.-

Affirmative Form
MOST VERBS VERBS ENDING IN –S, -CH, -
SH, -X, -O
We add –s : He / She / It
We add -es: kisses, reaches,
works, speaks, writes washes, fixes, goes.
She always talks about Ben never washes his
school. hands!

VERBS ENDING IN CONSONANT+Y
We remove “y” and add –ies :
studies, worries, cries, studies

Mary sometimes studies at night.

 We use don’t with I / You / We / They
