The project aims to establish a comprehensive agreement between a
private Gallery in Madrid, Spain, and a private collector of paintings in
London, Great Britain. The agreement will outline the terms and conditions
for the exhibition of 30 paintings in Madrid for a duration of 30 days,
starting from 1st November until 30th November. Additionally, the project
will address the logistical aspects of packing and transporting the
artworks from the British Museum to Madrid and subsequently returning
them safely after the exhibition.
SCOPE:
The scope of this project includes the
following:
• Creating an agreement between the
private collector in London and the
private gallery in Madrid
• Planning the logistics of packing,
shipping, and returning the artworks
safely to the British Museum
• Ensuring the safety and security of the
artworks during transportation and the
exhibition
• Ensuring that the exhibition complies
with all the legal and ethical
requirements of both countries
METHODOLOGY:
1. Agreement between Madrid Gallery and
London Collector:
The agreement will include the terms and conditions agreed upon by both
parties, including details of insurance, ownership, responsibility, and liability.

It will outline the duration of the exhibition, the number of paintings to be


exhibited, and any specific requirements or restrictions.

The agreement will address financial aspects, such as the payment terms, costs
associated with transportation, insurance coverage, and any commissions or
fees.
