PROPONENTS
With the hope of partnership and

R AT I O N A L E
The security and safety of the people in the Barangay is one of the top most priorities and
should always be at the top of the list in the community. One of the aspects to have security and
safety in the Barangay is having enough street lights and good vision of visibility at night. However,
we noticed that some areas in the Barangay of Talibaew have poor visibility and are a bit dark during
night time, especially on the roads which lack good visibility and street lights. Which in this regard
may inject fear among the people of the Barangay. Thus, we came up with the vision and mission to
propose the installation of street lights in some areas of the Barangay. This proposed project, A Solar
Panelled Street Light for a Better Light in the Life of the Community has the purpose of honing the
sense of security in the Barangay and to lessen accidents and crimes like robbery and vehicle
accidents. Our project will not only give light to the areas in the community, but it will also give a
glow of light and hope to the people in the community to have their safety and security in their
homes.

VII. PROJECT
DESCRIPTION
This project will be accomplished with the help of sponsorship from
the Mayor and Captain, and other donations from the ones who have a
position and support from the citizens. The workers will put all the lights
within 3 days. We would like to put the lights on the areas that are dark
within Sitio Katuray and Sitio Binco to protect the citizens from danger.
By doing this, everyone inside the locality will feel somehow safe. The
goal of this project is to give lights to the citizens and drivers every night
to protect themselves and avoid any accidents.
