sufficient energy to avoid
fatigue and enjoy life.
Physical fitness- is defined
as the ability to carry out
daily tasks with vigor and
alertness, without undue
fatigue, and with ample
energy to enjoy leisure-
time pursuits
and respond to
emergencies.
