OBJECTIVES
At the end of the class, the students are expected to:
1. use hyperlinks to improve their PowerPoint
Presentation;
2. embed files and data to their PowerPoint
Presentation; and
3. maximize PowerPoint Presentation as an effective
visual aid tool.
TIPS IN CREATING AN
EFFECTIVE PRESENTATION
1. Minimize – keep the slide counts to a minimum
2.Clarity – make sure the text is big enough to be read by the audience
3.Simplicity – use bullet or short sentences
4.Visuals – use graphics that will help in your presentation
5.Consistency – make your design uniform
6.Contrast – use light font on dark background or vice versa

Ways to insert hyperlinks:
1.Select an object or highlight a text.
2.Go to INSERT > HYPERLINKS. Then the
Insert Hyperlink dialog box will appear.
3.When done, click OK to apply your hyperlink
