BRAVIA XR TVs detect the main focal point in the scene and enhance each detail in the
object, ensuring that it stands out with a natural sense of depth, the same way as in the
real world. BRAVIA XR TVs use advanced sound processing to make sound match
precisely with what’s on the screen, resulting in a feeling like you’re right there in the
heart of the scene. F
Our Cognitive Processor XR accesses a vast amount of data, intelligently recreating
lost textures and detail for real-world pictures. See details such as naturally defined
animal fur and sharply outlined rock
We have to find the probability that the randomly selected (defective) TV is from plant B given that it is defective = P(TV is from plant
B | TV is defective)
We know that (∣)=(⋂)()P(A∣B)=P(B)P(A⋂B)
Thus we have to
find ( )( )=0.3∗0.050.
027=0.5556P(TVis defective)P(TV is from plant and is defective)=0.0270.3∗0.05=0.5556
EOQ
Using the Q*, what is the annual holding cost (AHC)? (Choose the
closest answer)(300/2)*113.75=17,06226. Using the Q*, what is the
annual ordering cost (AOC)? (Choose the closest answer)
(7800/300)*950 = 24,70027. What is the total annual cost of inventory,
TC? (Q = Q*) (Choose the closest answer)TC = 2,535,000 + 24,700 +
17,062 = 2,576,76228. The total annual savings for this one store using
our recommendation (Q*) versus the present lot size of 900, would
be:2,594,420 – 2,576,762 = 17,658TOTAL SAVINGS ALL STORES29.
Without store-by-store information it is difficult to say how much this
would save the corporation. Nonetheless, using only the numbers for
this store it can be said that if the numbers for the other 14 stores are
similar there is a potential to save a total of about…Remember, there
are 15 stores, total!17,658*15 = 264,870Questions are worth either 0.5
points or 1 point.
