Vlog
• A video blog or video log, sometimes
shortened to vlog, is a form of blog for
which the medium is video, and is a form
of web television.
• Vlog entries often combine embedded
video with supporting text, images, and
other metadata.
• Entries can be recorded in one take or cut
into multiple parts.
• Vlog stands for a video blog or video log, and
refers to a type of blog where most or all of
the content is in a video format.

• The term "weblog" was coined by
Jorn Barger on December 17,
1997.
• The short form, "blog", was
coined by Peter Merholz., who
jokingly broke the word weblog
into the phrase we blog in the
sidebar of his blog Peterme.com
in April or May 1999.
