2. INTRODUCTION
2.1 ABSTRACT

 The digitalized advertising agency is a “service business”


dedicated to creating, planning and handling Advertising.

 An ad agency is independent from the client and provides an


outside point of view to the effort of selling the client's products
or services.

 An agency can also handle overall marketing and branding


strategies and Sales Promotion for its clients.
 The primary objective of the advertisement agency system is to
improve the sales of any product as a marketing strategy.

 The software will provide a system which helps the advertiser


and a user to advertise their products online.

 The Advertising Agency System will provide various options to


make the system easy so that a user who doesn’t know the
programming can also use the system and can get the benefit of
the software.
3. SYSTEM ANALYSIS
3.1 EXISTING SYSTEM

 The current system work on the manual process, a person


has to go to the advertising company for the advertisement
of their products.

 The user does not have any information that how many
people has seen the advertisement of their product

 There is no management system which can provide the


information about the actual profit from the advertisement.
3.1.1 DRAWBACKS

 It takes more time for allocation purpose.

 The information generated by various transactions takes


time and efforts to be stored at right place.

 Difficult to handle many methods or strategies.

 It does not tell us in advance weather a strategy is valid or


not.

 Difficult to maintain.
3.2 PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The Advertising Agency System will be an online based


system, it can be accessed from anywhere and any number
of people can use it simultaneously.

 The Advertising Agency System will provide the


information about each ad is seen by a user and it will
maintain the ratio of profit gained by each advertisement.

 The software will have features such as ad creator from


which any user can make an Ad details.
3.2.1 ADVANTAGES

 This site doesn’t have any control over the quality of


listing; it's pricing, or the issues of guarantees on the items.

 It doesn’t require mediating or resolving any dispute or


disagreement between users Time consuming process.

 Manual work is inefficient.

 Difficult to use different type of strategies manually

4.1 MODULES

 Login: It is used for logging in to the digitalized add agency


system. It is used for verifying the user. Once the user is
authenticated, they can access the system.

 Registration: This module will be used for creating new


users for the system.

 Users: In this Module users can enter into different channels


of packages like short time period or long time. They can enter
into new schemes provided by ad agency. Also they can
upload the videos of their company for advertising.
 Budgets: New user’s budget is registered here.
They can Budget on the advertising ad with the ad
agency in this module.

 Budget Lists: According to budget the


advertisements are allotted for specific period. Here
time period the agency will follow up their product
is specified.

The major objectives of Software testing are as follows:

 Finding defects which may get created by the programmer while


developing the software.

 Gaining confidence in and providing information about the level


of quality.

 To make sure that the end result meets the business and user
requirements.

 To gain the confidence of the customers by providing them a


quality product.
8.2 TEST PLAN:
Test Plan is essential for the following reasons :

 Existence of program detects of inadequacies

 A software behavior as intended by its designer.

 Assess the operational reliability of the system.

 Reflect the frequency of actual user inputs.

 Find the faults, which causes the output anomaly.


9. CONCLUSION
 Based on the usage of the application, need for enhancements
may occur which the application should support and should
have the easy up gradation. The application should be easy to
use and should very soon replace the existing manual system
without any difficulty or data loss.

 An advertising agency or ad agency is a service business


dedicated to creating, planning and handling advertising (and
sometimes other forms of promotion) for its clients.

 Typical ad agency clients include businesses and corporations,


non-profit organizations and government agencies. Agencies
may be hired to produce an advertising campaign.
