Problem # 1
You are a medicine supplier, and you are selling paracetamol medicine
throughout the year. Assume the monthly sale for each of the months
between 2000 and 4000 units (One strip of medicine is one unit) and
cost of one strip is Rs20. Calculate following:
1. Monthly Revenue
2. Yearly Revenue
3. Average Monthly Revenue
Problem 2
You are part of Hospital Procurement department and purchase Cotton,
Gloves, and Syringes from different Suppliers. There are 4 different suppliers,
and they sell these items to you at different prices, and you purchase
different quantity of these items from these suppliers. Find out following:
1. Total Quantity of each of the items from all the Suppliers
2. Total amount you need to pay to each of the suppliers for all the items
you have purchased
3. Your Total cost

Assume the Quantity and prices using RandBetween Function

Problem 3
You have 6 employees working for you. Each of the employees work
Mon to Friday for different # of hours and each of the employees paid
different amount of wage. Find out following:
1. Create view of # of hours each employees has worked throughout
the week
2. Total # of hours each of the employee has worked
3. Total Wages paid to each of the employee in a week
4. Overall Wage total paid to all the employees
Assumption: # of hours between 6 to 10, Wages between $12 and $15
Problem # 4
• You are head of procurement in the Hospital. You are procuring 5 different types of
vaccines from a supplier. Current cost of each of the vaccines is 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30,
respectively. It is expected to increase 12% year on year for next 4 years. You would
like to consider another supplier whose current cost is same, but Year on Year cost
increase would be 7%,8%,9%,10% for next 4 years.
• Create a 5-year projection model for each of the Suppliers
• Calculate how much amount are you going to save in 4 years if you switch from
Supplier A to Supplier B

• Assume Vaccine names to be V1, V2…V5

option)
• You should be able to display Quantity for each of the Supplier when the
Supplier value is selected from Drop Down
• You should be able to display Price for each of the Supplier when the Supplier
value is selected from Drop Down
