INTRODUCTION

Mindset refers to your state of mind,the way that you think and feel and how this
influences your behaviour.Your mindset is an attitude that affects how you perceive the
world.Mindsets can be held by an individual or by a group of people.A group of people
who live in the same place and are taught the same things might share a world view that
affects their mindset.For example,if everyone in a school was told that their exams were
going to be really hard,and they weren’t capable of passing them,all the students would
have a negative mindset towards exams,thinking that the exams were going to be too hard
and that they would fail.And there are two types of mindset that every possess a positive
mindset and negative mindset.So first the positive mindset we all know if having a
positive mindset,or positive mental attitude,means that you are optimistic about the world
around you,and you expect that good things will happen to you.In contrast,a negative
attitude,or mindset,indicates that you expect bad things to happen and struggle to
perceive the world in a positive way.Having a negative mindset can hold you back from
achieving your goals,because you’re essentially setting yourself up for failure.

A positive mindset,also known as a positive mental attitude,is the state of


being upbeat and confident about the world and your own future and
additionally,you will achieve much if you have a positive mindset.For
instance,people may criticize you or claim you are weak.If you have a positive
mindset,you'll ignore what people think of you and use their criticism as
inspiration.and you'll show her that you're capable of doing it and getting
through it.The negative attitude,or mindset,on the other hand,shows that you
struggle to see the bright aspects of life and that you tend to anticipate the
worst.By effectively setting yourself up for failure,having a negative mindset
might prevent you from reaching your goals.A great skill that can assist you in
succeeding in school,the workplace,and other areas of your life is having a
positive mindset and believing in yourself and your ability.

Positive mindset
Mindset, mindset is a set of beliefs that shapes how we make sense of the world around us
and ourselves, it influences how we think, feel and behave in any given situations. Every
person may have different set of beliefs that causes the different varieties of mindsets.
Mindset describes how individual attitudes is influenced, for eg. A business minded person
will simply choose benefit or profit at any given situation while a selfless minded person
may choose to lose something for the benefit of others, so by trying to understand the
mindset of others we can actually understand how and why they do those things that they
do.A positive mindset, a state of mind where the focus is always on the good side of
everything, or what we call an optimistic attitude. Having a positive mindset helps us to
approach unpleasantness in a more positive and productive way, instead of complaining a
positive mindset will be thankful for something even if its in the form of problem, and
instead of being upset about something a positive mindset will always find a way out of
the unpleasantness around.A positive mindset is possible, by trying to always look on the
bright side of any circumstances and by having the ability to regulate frustrations.

When it comes mindset that is your thoughts and beliefs to choose before we think or act
something.As a person I will choose positive mindset even a lot of challenges because I
don’t waste my time in a bad mindset or non sense.Always think before we act,must
think if it is good or bad way.I will give my short opinion regarding in our topic,as a
criminology student I choose this course because this is my desire and I seem myself in
my future someday as police officer even come the difficult challenges or trial but I can’t
quit just like“Winners Never Quit and Quitters Never Win”but you don’t have dream to
achieve your goals never nothing happen your life.While it’s early choose good mindset
to do something and don’t pay attention with other people who can’t achieve their desire
or goals,I give some example yours neighbors he always told you can’t graduate in
College but your neighbor said you,thought about it in a positive way and prove yourself
he is wrong what he said.We have positive mindset for a person have ability to do even
their situation is a lot of problem or challenge still have positive mindset and their exams
or quizzes if he/she failed in exams they didn’t think negativity.

well and that you will succeed. It gives you more courage to try and persist with diet
and lifestyle changes than if you have a negative mindset. The mind has a powerful way

therefore can't be changed. You may also believe that your talent and intelligence alone
lead to success, and effort is not required. mindsets play a significant role in
determining life's outcomes. By understanding, adapting and shifting your mindset, you
can improve your health, decrease your stress and become more resilient to life's
challenges.

Positive thinking typically gives people the confidence to take action and accomplish their
objectives.Negative thoughts,on the other hand,can paralyze us by causing concerns and
doubts and keeping us from taking the necessary steps to achieve our objectives.Those
unpleasant ideas should be acknowledged and not suppressed because they could
unintentionally influence our behavior.The possibilities one can have are being restricted or
eliminated by that negative mentality.These unfavorable ideas are crucial data for the
individual and his or her coach.This essay explores how people can utilize their negative
thoughts to identify obstacles to their goals and how they can change that negative thinking
into positive thinking,whether they have or don't have them.

Both positive and negative mindset have the ability to become self-fulfilling prophecies
what we anticipate frequently happens.If you begin a task with the expectation that you
will fail,there is a good likelihood that you will you might not put in the necessary effort to
succeed,you might not win the support of others,and you might not think any outcomes are
satisfactory.On the other side,optimistic thinking is frequently linked to successful behavior
and results.You are drawn to and put your attention on a situation's advantages.You try hard
to demonstrate that your optimism is well-founded and you have faith in both yourself and
other people.Others will be inspired by you,and they could"pitch in"to assist you.This
increases the likelihood of positive outcomes.In the end,people who are optimistic and
upbeat are happier,healthier,and more successful than those who are pessimistic.How they
view and interpret the events in their lives is the main distinction between them.

People with positive mindset are generally empowered to act and achieve their goals. On the
contrary, negative thinking can paralyse us, bringing fears and doubts and preventing us from
taking the actions that can get us closer to our goals.It is important to recognise those negative
thoughts and not to bury them as they could have an unconscious impact on our actions. That
negative thinking is limiting or eliminating the possibilities one can have. Those negative
thoughts are also important information for an individual and his or her coach. I believe
positive mindset can be learned and it is like a muscle we need to regularly exercise! Negative
thinking is a dis-empowering perspective. In fact, when taken to the extreme, it could be
identified as one of the most common dis-empowering perspectives. The important thing to
determine is whether a negative perspective works for you or not: if that supports you to grow
then it is useful, otherwise, it is key to understand it, so you can replace it with a more helpful
perspective. In the case of the negative filtering, they suggest the following more empowering
perspective: “most experiences in life have a mixture of good and bad in them and I choose to
focus on the good.” It is like looking at a glass half full versus half empty.

The purpose of this report is to improve the mindset of people in away of
positive and negative mindset to how to develop the positive mindset and
specially the negative into positive mindset we all know have positive
mindset is the great one to develop yourself if you have a positive mindset
the impact to your life is being better and the negative mindset you have to
develop it if you have a negative mindset your life is getting worst so it is
important to improve your negative mindset into positive mindset.
